Colossians 3:15-17

by Pastor Ken on October 18, 2009

When you think of worship, what do you think of?  Normally, we associate worship specifically with music.  If we are asked, “How was worship?” we will respond, “The music was great.”  Worship is so much more comprehensive than that!

Archbishop William Temple defined worship as “the quickening of the conscience by the holiness of God, feeding the mind with the truth of God, purging the imagination by the beauty of God, opening the heart to the love of God, and devoting the will to the purpose of God.”
