Well, it’s the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and as the custom is with many families, we have taken the time to come to the table and give thanks for all that God has done. The list goes on and on - our salvation, our families, our jobs, our homes, our nation (warts and all), and the many other blessings we can so easily take for granted.
But in the midst of all there is to be thankful for, we certainly live in a world fraught with challenges, whether economically, socially, or politically. Where can we find hope in the midst of such turbulence?
As we come to a new book of study, we will see revealed before us the foundation of our hope - our great Savior Jesus Christ and the recurring theme of His imminent return. If you know Him, beloved, no matter how dark it gets, there is always hope!
